I am so pleased that I asked Emily to do my make-up for my wedding!
At the trial prior to the wedding Emily immediately put me at ease as I don’t have great skin! Her friendly manner made it so easy to talk to her about what I wanted (or didn't want!) and she listened and was able to offer me expert advice and provide me with the look that I wanted.
On the day of the wedding she was so relaxed and immediately made me feel the same. She provided such a calming atmosphere that it set the tone for the rest of the day for me. She made me feel really special as well as my mum and 2 bridesmaids. They were so delighted to be treated like grown-ups and have their make-up done as well!
I can honestly say that I have never seen myself made up like this before but looking so natural and I was amazed that it lasted the entire day. I was so pleased.
Emily really is an amazing person and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for making this such a memorable experience. I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends.

It was a no-brainer really having Emily do my wedding make-up. Not only was she one of my bridesmaids and one of my closest friends, she is also really good at what she does.
We share a love of eyeliner and so it was an easy choice as she already knew what I liked, and how I liked it done. That said, when i changed my mind a week before the day she wasn't phased and created a look that was just what I was hoping for. My brief was "turn on ITV now. I want eyes like Holly Willoughby!" - and thats exactly what I got.
I wanted something quite smokey and dramatic. I love my eyeliner and when I requested "just a little bit more", Emily nodded and kept adding...it was perfect.
I felt surprisingly calm on the morning of the wedding, but I put this entirely down to the fantastic group of friends and family I had around me. Emily doesn't flap or fuss, and even when she was helping me into my dress whilst still finishing her own make up she was always relaxed (on the outside at least!)
I couldn't have asked for more in a make-up artist, or a friend and would recommend her to anyone. x
