I was really glad to meet Emily at a wedding fayre prior to booking a make up artist. We had a lovely chat about some ideas with no pressure to book. My bridesmaid and I were really impressed with her knowledge of the industry, and her friendly attitude and I booked her a couple of days later (after checking out the amazing feedback on her website!) As the wedding came closer, Emily was almost as excited as I was to book in the trial! She came to the house and did a fantastic trial for me - I'm a complete novice with make up only wearing the bare minimum, but she knew exactly what would look right and got it absolutely spot on! Leading up to the wedding, Emily designed a timetable for ensuring all 4 bridesmaids and I were ready on time - Emily had a better idea of timings than I did! She was very open to change and amended this a couple of times! On the morning of the wedding, she arrived early and dived straight in - organising a very relaxed, laid back bride! She even stuck around after finishing and helped lace up the bridesmaids. I cannot thank or praise her highly enough, and would recommend her to absolutely everyone :)

For any Mother of the Bride who wants to look natural but so extra special on her daughter's wedding day, I can highly recommend Emily. At 53 I had never had my make up done for me before. I usually wear very little make up and did not want to look too heavily made up. Emily totally understood this and came up with the perfect natural look for me. I was totally transformed in the most natural of ways. So many people at the wedding commented on how lovely I looked. I suffer from extreme redness of the cheeks in the hot weather and the make up that Emily provided completely disguised this even though it was a very hot day. Emily also did an amazing job with my daughters 50's style make up and again totally came up with the look that she was looking for. I would 100% recommend Emily and would not hesitate to ask her to do my make up again.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! I loved having my make-up done by you on my wedding day and I will highly recommend you to anyone I know getting married nearby. It felt like having another friend there on the day which was so great. I know my mum and Carol loved being 'treated' as well. We had an amazingly perfect day (where I remembered to dab and not wipe!) and just got back from the most amazing honeymoon.
